Hello Everyone,

Happy September! To welcome in Fall, Alexandra and I have decided to hold a new competition for Fall! Submit an image of the cutest dog (fall related) you can find on Google Images! Below is an example of a dog (fall related). Alexandra and I will pick the pie image we think looks the most delicious. We will be viewing all submissions September 25 so you have plenty of time to enter! To enter just email us your picture at: ritonai22@ucfsd.net and ritonaa@ucfsd.net We will also be holding a Fall vote! Vote which activity you would rather do in the fall, Go apple picking with friends or bake a Fall pie? MEMORIAL DAY AT THE POOL!

 

Pet Corner Puppy Pool Party

​Hi Everyone,Today on Pet Corner we will be celebrating Spring with one big splash! A doggie pool party (pawty) is a great way to kick of Spring's warm weather! Invite all the dogs in the neighborhood to your pool or if you don't have a pool invite them to a park with a pond they can swim in! They will be sure to enjoy this special party! You can also prepare some yummy treats for the pooches too! First, get any kind of doggie treat or biscuit you can find at a pet store. Zuke's Genuine Beef Jerky Treats  work best for the recipe (here is the link to the website where you can buy these treats https://www.zukes.com/products/genuine-jerky) Next, empty the bag of treats onto a flat tray. Then, pop those treats into the freezer for about an hour. Finally take the treats out of the freezer and set them out on a plate or dish. There you have it! Even though you think you have everything (dog treats & a pool or lake) at your pool party, you still aren't finished setting the celebration up yet! You need decorations! Below are five awesome posters you can print and hang up all around the pool's deck or if your having a pool party at the park, you can hang the posters up on trees!

Happy January Paris!

Hi Everyone,
Today January 7, 2015 I had a brilliant idea! This month's special theme is Paris!!! We will not do Pet Corner every month because it is hard to sometimes come if with ideas so fast. With us moving into a new home and school coming and going, months blow by like hurricanes in the tropics. My sister Alexandra who writes Baking Corner Baking With Ali loves Paris so I thought I would surprise her! Below to show you some of what Paris is about I posted a picture of the Eifel Tower itself! as they say in Paris ( au revoir means good- bye in French which is the language they speak in Paris)............
